The Best Actor (Henry Fonda) and Best Actress (Katherine Hepburn) Oscars for 1981 went to the two leads in this touching film about aging, relationships, and family. It was also awarded Best Screenplay in that year. Surprisingly, this was Fonda's only Academy Award. It was Hepburn's fourth Oscar. This is also the only film that featured Henry and Jane Fonda together.
